Cheezy casserole with pumpkin and lentils.

20 Cheezy Davai

1 butternut,

            in 1 cm half moons

2 red onions,

            cut in 4

160g canned lentils

1 Lemon with zest

Parsley en mint


Salt & Pepper 

1/ Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.

2/ Put the butternut, onions, oil, pepper and salt baking tray with baking paper.


3/ Grill the vegetables 15 minutes in the oven.

4/ Add the Cheezy Davai and grill for another 8 minutes.

5/ Heat the lentils, in the juice, and keep warm.

6/ Add the lentils in the baking tray and stir. Before serving add lemon juice, zest and the herbs.
