Light spicy BBQ toast with dumplings and spring onion.

20 Sweet&Spicy Davai, thawn
vegan french bread
2 cloves garlic
1 spring onion, cut in two.
3 big green celeries, peeled and in brunoise
1 chili pepper, finely choped (without the seeds)
Oil
Salt & pepper
100ml (Soy)yoghurt
Half a cucumber
Dill
Garlic
Lemonjuice
1/ Heat the BBQ. Cut the bread into edible slices of 2cm and grill them. Afterwards rub them with garlic.
2/ Cut the spring onion and season with salt, pepper and oil. Grill them. Afterwards chop them in big pieces. Mix them with the chili peppers and celery, season again.
3/ Marinade the dumplings with oil. Grill the Davai dumplings 2 minutes on every side. .
4/ Combine with a homemade tzatziki (soja)yoghurt dressing. chop the cucumber. Add it to the (soy)yoghurt, also add garlic, dill, lemon juice and oil.
